In the current world we live in, it is up to all of us to not take this world for granted. Life has taken us all for a world wind, we are confused, stressed, depressed, feeling hopeless, lonely, lost, etc.; we are left only asking questions. Starting, April 6th and for only $30.00, we would like to introduce you to 21 Day BOSSCHIC CHALLENGE. A program that would offer enlightenment, self worth, physical embodiment and a new found strength you never knew you had.

Set your clocks!
Let's work together in helping each one of us lose the desired weight we are looking to lose in a minimal amount of time. Whether it's 15 or 21 pounds, we have 21 days to do it and it is possible! If weight is not your goal, this challenge is not solely about losing weight. It can help you maintain clarity by having a regimen you need to follow, help build cardiovascular strength, tone up your body, etc. Starting on MONDAY, April 6th we will embark upon a 21 day physical, nutritional and even spiritual journey.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE FOR YOUR $30.00 CHALLENGE?
1. Daily at Home Workouts
2. Macro suggested meal suggestions to follow for the 21 days.
3. 1 Free Live Online class per week with KIKI Fay. (Pick your day Th - Su)
4. Your own personal journal to log your progress.
5. All access to the remote training app to do some of your daily workouts.
6. Tutorial videos about macro counting, exercises, recovery tips, etc. (All accessible through your member registration on the website.)
7. 24/7 Community support
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Register and pay for your $30.00 online at www.noknifelifeoreg.com for the 21 Day BOSSCHIC CHALLENGE. If you haven't already; make sure to register as a member on the website. This will ensure that you are alerted daily of your challenge announcements. Like us on Facebook and Instagram pages as well to receive your daily challenge updates.
2. When we work out together; I'll be able to see you from time to time in class but I won't be able to measure you and take your before photos. Pictures should be taken front on, side and rear. This will be your job! Sunday night or Monday morning the day of the challenge take you before pictures wearing a bathing suit, if possible. These pictures are for your eyes only unless you wish to share them with anyone within the group; it is your choice. If you can, measure your body as well using measuring tape. You will measure yourself and keep weekly tracks in your 21 Day BOSSCHIC CHALLENGE Journal. You will email Kiki every week with your weight and measurements.
3. You must register for your one class per week after you register and pay for the program. This will be the class you attend for the next three weeks. If you would like to take more classes outside of the program, each class is $15.00 and must be registered for separately.
4. You will receive a welcome email to the KIKIFay Fitness YOUTUBE page. You must become a member on the YOUTUBE page. Some of your workouts or workouts you would like to come back to will be posted on that page along with any additional challenge information.
5. You must log your workouts every day and tag #kikifayfitness and @noknifelifeorg for your recognition.

I know it sounds like a lot, but it really is not. We are all in this together, as your coach and lead; I'm in it right along with you.
